The main lounge has a 40” flat screen internet TV with Sonos sound system and the cosy TV room situated off the open plan kitchen/lounge is the perfect movie watching room with a 50” flat screen internet TV and comfortable L-shaped couch. A log burner and heat pump will keep you warm and cosy in winter and doors off each of the bedrooms to the beautiful garden provides the ultimate in summer-time living. This sunny, peaceful home provides the perfect option of holiday locations; either relax in the luxurious peaceful surroundings, enjoy the beautiful outdoors with easy access to multiple walking/biking track or take the 5 minute drive to town to explore Wanaka's local attractions. The separate garden cottage is self-contained with a well equipped open plan kitchenette/lounge, modern bathroom + washing machine and a generously sized north-facing deck with weber BBQ, that enjoys panoramic views of the surrounding mountains. The master bedroom has a queen & the second bedroom has a bunk with a double on the bottom and single on top so caters for 5 people comfortably. Rates do not include the cottage.
