Fire heats the water so you need to be competent at lighting and being safe with fire. Outside fire-bath to relax in. Gas cooker (2 ring), lanterns and candles provided. Campfire with bbq plate. Hosts live on site (40 metres away) with genuine West Coast hospitality but respect for your privacy.

Great little getaway spot for anyone traveling down the west coast. Full of character and placed in a beautiful surrounds. A little tip is to make sure you come back by sundown if adventuring around the local area! There is no power in the cabin but you have plenty of candles to create an atmosphere.

This property is nothing short of amazing. So much hard work and detail have gone into this place. The photos don’t do it justice. We loved cooking on the out doors fire and relaxing in the bath at night looking up at the stars. We’ll definitely be coming back hopefully next time for longer.
