December to February...minimum 5 night stay ($250+ per night, up to 4 guests)
Beach Hop........................minimum 4 night stay ($250+ per night, up to 4 guests)
Public Holidays................minimum 3 night stay ($200+ per night, up to 4 guests)
Remainder of year...........minimum 2 night stay ($150+ per night, 2 guests)
Half deposit secures your booking, balance due 2 weeks prior to occupation.
Children as extras:
- Summer & long weekends: preschool free, all others $25
- Other times: preschool free, primary/intermediate $10, others $20
We ask that you leave the house clean and tidy for the next guests.
Cancellation policy:
If cancelled within 7 days this results in 100% loss of total booking fee
If cancelled within 14 days this results in 50% loss of total booking fee
If cancelled within 28 days this results in 25% loss of total booking fee
Policy can be waived at discretion of property owner
