Ample off-street parking for the car & boat with security lights fitted. More suited for families or mature quiet professionals. GUEST ACCESS the full run of the property, plenty of off-street parking, walking distance to the shopping centre, bus routes and walking tracks. Unlimited ultra high-speed fibre for your group to stream as many HD movies are you like during your stay. OTHER DETAILS TO NOTE An optional Linen service of $25 per person is available if required, as this is not included in the booking fee. Please let us know in advance if you would like to include linen (including all sheets, towels, etc...) and we can add that to the booking once confirmed. Otherwise, feel free to bring your own if you would like to save on that fee. * PLEASE NOTE - A FRIENDLY REMINDER: This is a great house for a group booking but loud parties with excessive drinking are strictly not allowed. No outside music from 9:30pm. Outside noise is to be at an absolute minimum (no music, outdoor conversations) from 10 pm. * There are no other unregistered guests permitted in the house /on the property without prior authorisation from the host at the time of booking. * If we get complaints from neighbours and one or more of the guests have breached the above house rules you may be asked to leave or given a warning.
