Access to many easy romantic walks and lazy sunbathing & swimming. A great little suntrap with great indoor / outdoor flow to private courtyard with choice of sun lounging areas and dining area. We like to think we have created the ideal escape from the daily grind in Auckland, and only 45 minutes from the harbour bridge. Either snuggle in and enjoy all the comforts our home provides or use it as an escape pad and enjoy all the Matakana area has to offer. Relax at home in the quiet garden or play petanque, or make use of the bikes, boogie boards, or tennis racquets if you're feeling more active! There is something for everyone to enjoy your Romantic Escape! If you have to take others with you, there is also another double bedroom, as well as a 3rd separate bedroom with flexible single or double bed. (Charge for extra people excludes linen for bed & towels). MAXIMUM OF 4 people for any booking. Ourselves, friends and family have enjoyed our home and now we are making it available to you. Please note: Omaha Romantic Escape is an Adults Only venue. We do not accept bookings including toddlers or children over baby stage, ie: not mobile. Please also note that the house is not suitable for group gatherings (such as after a wedding etc, and these gatherings are strictly forbidden) Weekend Bookings - A weekend is a Friday AND Saturday nights and we only take bookings for both these nights, but of course feel free to add an extra night either side too, if you wish! Cleaning & Linen Please note that every booking does require the cleaning fee of $90 to be paid, as although we know you'll leave our home as you found it, we like to ensure that the home is thoroughly cleaned between guests. All laundry is unique to each booking & includes bed linen, bath towels, bath mat, faceclothes, hand towel & teatowels. Linen is $40 per bed, (based on 2 people per bed)
