About this Holiday House

A fully furnished and well maintained 4 bedroom family home with all facilities overlooking Ngakuta Bay (about 15 minutes by road from Picton). A 2-ton mooring is available in the Bay at no extra charge and has unlimited internet for those rainy days. Lots of off-street parking. Short term 3-4month rental over winter considered. Guests need to bring their own towels, tea towels and sheets. We recommend people bring drinking water or boil that provided - locals drink it fine but visitors can get tummy trouble. Guests also need to clean and tidy the home on leaving and remove all rubbish. This is our family holiday house and we take good care of it.

Special Amenities

The house gets early morning to late afternoon sun and has great views over the whole of Ngakuta and Little Ngakuta Bays. Wifi now added. There is one sit-on-top kayak and a dinghy for guests to use.

Great walking and bike tracks to Picton or Momorangi. A very safe beach for children.

A lovely inviting house. Very very clean. I actually walked into the glass door on arrival as it was so clean. Beautiful view. We enjoyed our stay.Is a steep gradient if you have a boat.

Lovely warm cosy home with everything you need for a break away. Enjoyed sitting on the deck enjoying the wonderfull view! Great spot for fishing, swimming and walks. We will definitely be coming back again. Thanks Mike and Sue
