House with two great views. Enjoy the view of the estuary or the native bush Valley. Great location on the hill that backs onto native bush. It has its own bush walk with a small deck at the bottom with a bath in it. Just run the house to the hot water to fill it. (Often needs a clean because of the bush.) Enjoy all the native birds. Large back deck and table to enjoy the morning and evening sun amongst a nice private bush setting. Inside is open plan living with a nice sized kitchen and two bedrooms. The large living space has one day bed that turn into single beds. There is a Double bed in the large garage with carpet, draws and its own toilet and shower. A caravan is situated on the edge of the bush with a large double and small single bed. It is fully powered by the house and has outlets. It receives the wifi from the house. The house is 10 minute walk to the shops. 5 minutes to the estry. 5 minutes drive to the boat ramp,2 minute to town. 2minutes to beautiful bush walks at the top of the hill. This House is pet friendly and has a kennel and run for a large dog. There is sometimes a ginger cat that visits but does come in the house. Will let the photos do the rest. Call to inquire anytime.
