8YR OLD HOUSE WE LIVE IN. GOING AWAY SO THOUGHT SOMEONE ELSE MAY LOVE TO EXPERIENCE THE BEAUTIFUL WAIHI BEACH...ONLY REQUIREMENT IS TO FEED OUR CATS SO NOT FOR YOU IF YOU DONT LIKE CATS OR ARE ALLERGIC. Fully fenced modern home. Nice and private down private drive. Close to town/shops, beach, RSA and gas station all in walking distance.

EASY WALK DOWN THE ROAD TO THE BEAUTIFUL SAFE SWIMMING/SURF BEACH. GAS STATION ACROSS THE ROAD FOR SUPPLIES. VILLAGE SHOPS EASY WALK AWAY ALSO. SHORT 10MIN DRIVE TO ANZAC BAY (GREAT FOR KIDS!). NICE, PRIVATE & QUIET DOWN END OF CULDESAC AND DOWN A DRIVEWAY AT THE END.
