This family holiday house is a 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom property suitable for 1 or 2 families with amazing views in a great location. Whether you are wanting a quiet holiday relaxing in the sun or looking to spend some time in the great outdoors, Waihi Beach has plenty to offer with swimming, surfing, bike trails, bush walks, kayaking and fishing. It is located on a quiet cul-de-sac with access to Waihi Beach, a safe 9km white sand beach, at the end (1 min walk). The Waihi Beach Village is also an easy 10 minute walk away and has a number of shops including a pharmacy, clothing shops, cafes and a Four Square supermarket. There is a private deck at the rear and the property is fully fenced so you are welcome to bring your family dog. The house sleeps a maximum of 8 people. Bedroom one: Queen Bed Bedroom two: Double Bed Bedroom three: King Bed Bedroom four: Pull Down Queen Bed Bed linen is available on request at a cost of $10 per bed. Please bring your own bath/beach towels. Fully furnished with 2 x TV (with Chromecast), dishwasher, washing machine, 2 fridges. Outdoor area has a BBQ with gas bottle. Unlimited WIFI is available. There is also a portacot in the house for families with young children. Kitchen has an Air Fryer. PLEASE NOTE: Part of the garage will be unavailable until approximately June 2024. The washing machine and fridge are still accessible and there is space to store bikes, boards and other equipment but there is no space for a vehicle. Local Attractions: Short drive to Bowentown which has a calm bay, bush walks and boat ramp. 15 minute drive to Karangahake Gorge which has many bush walks and bike trails including the Windows Walk, Tunnel Walk, Karangahake Gorge Historical Trail and other tracks through old mine areas. Also in the Karangahake Gorge area are Bullswool Farm, historical train rides with Goldfield Railway, winery and cafes. 30 min drive to Katikati Bird Gardens where you can wander through the beautiful gardens and get up close with the bird life.
