Perfect location, close to the beach but still private. Tony is a wonderful host, very friendly and helpful. The property has everything you need for a wonderful holiday, especially for a couple. Thank you very much, we will be back :)

This is a hidden gem of a bungalow, nicely set up for those who prefer self-sufficiency. It's much bigger than what we expected from the photos. Beautiful views, immediate access to the beach, 8 minute walk to a filtered water station (if you need it) and a gas station with well stocked grocery shop. Can't wait to come back!

Perfect! Look no further if you are after a private, no fuss retreat to get away from it all. We stayed here for 11 nights and found the studio to have everything we needed. Tony was friendly, easy to contact and accommodating. The studio was spotlessly clean with a comfortable king size bed. From your bed you can look to your left out to the lagoon through the palm trees. All the opening window shutters had insect screens and a quiet free standing fan is provided to keep you cool. It has a washing machine and a good size new fridge/freezer with thoughtfully provided juice, water, ice and fresh tomatoes upon arrival. There are two shops nearby which are only 5 and 10 minutes’ walk up or down the road (Tip: The tip top shop has cheap MASSIVE ice creams) Free potable water access across the road and wave down the bus from the end of the drive. Excellent snorkeling on your own beach with a handy bar at the neighboring property. Beautiful sunsets and an ideal spot for whale watching. The front of the studio has shady trees, and the porch shelters you from any wind. There are a few rocks to negotiate down to the beach if you are physically impaired but being elevated keeps the studio very private. A few books are provided to read and a DVD player if you feel the need to watch a movie (BYO). This is a reasonably priced studio when you’re not after the maid to run around after you. Feels like the Rarotongan version of the comfy kiwi batch. Thanks Tony and family, we look forward to our return as soon as we can.
