Stunning views over Oenroa beach, positioned right by the shops in Oneroa town, this modern home is sure to impress you. 2 kitchens for your convienance, large north facing deck, a stainless steel BBQ, 5 bathrooms and 7 bedrooms. All linen is supplied, except beach towels. There is a one off cleaning and linen hire charge for every booking which is mandatory and on top of the nightly rate of $600. The nightly rate allows up to 16 guests in the house, there are 10 beds in total, and the 4 Californian king beds can be split into two king singles if you wish, please book this when making your booking as last minute splits are usually not possible due to cleaners workload and having to get the extra linen required. We also have cots and highchairs at the house for your use if you need them please ask when booking so we make sure the linen is left out for them. No need for a car unless you wish, the bus stop is 2 doors down the road as is the walkway down to the beach. Double garage and 2 off street parks in the drive if you do bring cars though. Please note we have a strict cancelation policy, where we do not refund if you change your mind for any reason. However, if we are locked down due to covid in NZ stopping you from getting to the island we will refund.
