Willowbrook occupies an idyllic, rural location below Coronet Peak skifield only 15 minutes from the bright lights of Queenstown and 5 minutes from the quaint and historical settlement of Arrowtown and The Hills course - home of the NZ Open Golf Championship. Award - winning Millbrook Resort is also close by (just three minutes' drive from the front gate of Willowbrook). The four acres of mature garden surrounding the Main House of Willowbrook contain a tennis court, a spa pool and some very friendly sheep. It is the perfect setting if you are looking for peace and quiet but don't want to be too far away from town. Lovely, warm apartment in a beautiful character bungalow located in beautiful countryside close to Arrowtown. Friendly owner. Kitchen could be improved with a small, bench-top oven since restaurants are some distance away and we had to use the microwave to heat a pizza which wasn't ideal. Otherwise a great place to stay.
