The dining area has stunning, sea and island views with access to a deck, overlooking the Pacific Ocean.The lounge has a sunny window seat, a nice spot to read the paper. There is a bathroom and bedroom on this level also and can't forget the laundry. On the second level there is lounge with gym equipment, a TV is also in this room, ranch sliders give access to a deck with incredible sea views to the Coromandel .The main bedroom looks straight out to the Whakatane Bar entrance, White Island and Whale Island, or just lie in bed and watch the big screen.There is a ensuite off the main bedroom with double hand basins. Two other bedrooms are on this level with stunning views. The third bathroom has a bath ideal for the little ones. This really is a very unique and special spot. Please note that this is NOT a party house, NO loud music, no one on the deck after 10pm only inside voices.
