About this Holiday House

A lovely spacious, tranquil house 5 min walk to the 2 beautiful beaches of Waiake Beach & Bowns Bay Beach. Enjoy soaking up the sun on the large outdoor deck area relaxing by the solar heated pool & then at night soak away in the spa. *Child friendly home - the pool & spa are both fully fenced & safety compliant. Free WiFi included & a hammock is available in the garden area for more relaxation. A close walk to Waiake Beach & Browns Bay Village which has a great range of shops, restaurants & cafes. Auckland City an easy 20 mins drive away. Please note: We have a 3 night minimum stay - thank you

We were two couples with a 4 year old and a toddler, and stayed for 4 nights in February. The house was exactly as represented in the ad and was perfect for us. The pool and deck were wonderful and in use all day, with air conditioning inside to retreat to if needed. The house is spacious and well appointed and there is everything you could need. The location is ideal, very close to the beaches and the cafes. shops and restaurants of Browns Bay. Faye is a responsive and helpful host. We had a great time.

Cozy and homely residence. Well suited to a family. Great communication with owner. Handy for beach, walks n shops. Shame we had stormy weather but good to have warm environment ... would love to stay in summer months to enjoy outdoor area more.
