About this Holiday House

This house is set in one of the most beautiful areas of Australia. Coming down the Bulli pass will give you a view of the the sweeping coastline. There is a lot of Forrest and nature around. The air is fresh and clean and the ocean is inviting you for a swim ! It's about a 5 to 8 minute walk to the beach ( I suppose it depends how fast you can walk) There is a lot of free parking on the beach, so if you really don't feel like walking, why not driving down and use the footpath to walk along the beach. There are Beach Cafe's right on the ocean with scrumptious foods and fresh latés or your favourite cappuccino . In the summer is is buzzing with activities. Surf competitions, picnics, sun baking and swimming, children playing in the park and newly weds taking photos right on the point. No wonder because the place is so popular in all the area around.

The house is roomy and full of atmosphere. Families spend quality time together on the large open plan deck/ lounge area. There is a modern kitchen with large oven and everything you need to make your stay comfortable. You can order groceries on-line from the supermarkets ( Woolworths, or Coles ) close by or just pop in the supermarket just around the corner. No need to drag all your food from home ! The house is in a quiet neighbourhood and you will hear the song of a variety birds early in the morning. It is going to be one of the best holidays for your family or group of friends.

This amazing house is in an ideal and very popular location.. Close to shops and shopping centres , hospital, beach, sports fields, golf course etc. The house is at walking distance to Bulli beach with its beach cafe' for refreshments and lunches. Sandon Point is a very popular surfing spot and regular competitions are held. Bridal parties are a common sight for taking photo's because of its amazing views. It's a great place to have a picnic , pre dinner drinks and is a relaxing location to soak up the ocean breeze and escarpment views . A refreshing walk or swim will help you rewind and relax. Just one hour South from Sydney, between the escarpment and the ocean There are many tourist attractions close to the house, To name a few : Austinmer,-10 min, Wollongong -10 min, Kiama blowhole -35min- Jamberoo action Park -30 min- Blue Mountains 1 1/2 hours, Picturesque Berry, 35 min, Sydney 1 hour The perfect get away from your busy everyday life !
