*Enjoy panoramic views from the LOOKOUT situated between Ngunguru and Tutukaka Block Roads. * Climb up to the lookouts situated at both ends of Whangaumu Street. Routes have steps in steeper places. Don't forget your camera! * Swim/picnic at other safe inner harbour beaches like Church Bay, Pacific Bay and Kawharewa Bay. All are accessed from Tutukaka Block Road and are excellent swimming/fishing alternatives to Whangaumu Bay should there be southerly/sou'eater winds. * At day's end, relax at Tutukaka Marina's Swordfish Club. Enjoy your favourite drink; watch the anglers' weigh-in of the day's catch and be sure to sample the Club's extensive seafood menu. There are menu options for children.

This is a lovely, tidy holiday home. Comfortably furnished and generously equipped. Everything works well. It is very well situated : close to the beach, but up a short cul-de-sac so no passing traffic. Lots of space for children to play. Bedding , curtains etc were fresh and bright. The owner is a gracious, kind lady who was very helpful to our needs. A long stay would be even better!
