Cleaning products - Guest care unless otherwise arranged. Cleaning - No cleaning service is provided throughout the stay. It is also expected that guests clean the unit and launder all linen prior to departure. NOTE: An extra one off $500 refundable fee applies for ALL BOOKINGS payable in advance. A $150 to $300 cleaning/laundry fee would be applied if cleaning/laundry is required by us at time of departure. And to cover any power used in excess of $200 per month. We are very fair people and hope that Guests are too. Tariff is payable as follows: Up to six weeks occupancy - Full tariff in advance before occupancy commences. After six weeks - in advance in 2 week increments. Includes: - Power (up to $200 per month including daily rate) - Wifi - Water Stay close to both Pilot Bay and Main beach, the shops and restaurants. Ideal for couples or a small group/family requiring a short term stay. This is a VERY CLEAN & TIDY, MODERN TOWNHOUSE in a small block of 5 owner occupied homes. Spacious living and kitchen/dining area with expansive deck off the main living area for entertaining with BBQ and outdoor furniture. The deck has a power driven awning for shade protection on sunny days. Close to all of the action and only a short distance to Pilot Bay or the main shopping area and restaurants. Also close to the Main Beach. This is a modern well kept townhouse with a spacious garage and off street parking for a second car. Park your car and relax. LINEN Bed Linen is provided for main beds. No sheets proivided for the bunk (2 singles) but there are pillows and blankets, duvets. All Guests to bring and use their own beach towels. 2 to 6 bath towels per adult available depending on length of stay
