Waihakeke Cottage is a great place to stay! It is just situated at SH2 but you won't hear any noise at all. You can go to the supermarket and find restaurants easily by around 5-10 minutes drive. Nicole is very nice. Her home-baked bread is one of the best in the world! I miss it very much! we also love the dogs and cows at the farm! They are adorable and friendly! We were invited to see the farm work and feed the sheep. The cottage is spacious for us 3. Beds are comfortable and shower is great. The kitchen and laundry are very handy for guests. There were quite a lot of board games and books. What I love most is the view from the sitting room! How relaxing to see the cow and sheep outside by just sitting on the coach! I wish it would be the view of my home! I would love to visit Waihakeke Cottage and meet Nicole again!

Really nice place to stay. Super friendly and helpful hosts - would highly recommend to others looking for a relaxing getaway. Fresh eggs and homemade cookies a great bonus!
