You certainly won’t be short of space in this stunning 6-bedroom family home with an additional self-contained apartment downstairs. Hidden away within native trees, this private property has 2 renovated loft bedrooms (both with double beds), 3 additional large bedrooms and a master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom with shower and access onto the large wraparound sun drenched deck. There is a fully equipped kitchen, 2 living spaces (one with a log burner) and a large separate dining area which can seat 10 people. There is also a modern main bathroom with large shower, bath and toilet and another separate toilet. The self-contained flat is one large studio room with a full kitchen, queen bed and lounge area (with TV) and it has a separate bathroom and a separate laundry room. This is our beautiful residential home that we like to rent out during school holidays or for special occasions so it is furnished with all our belongings (wardrobes will be unavailable). We totally want you to have a great time and you are welcome to have fun and drink and enjoy your stay. However please note that this is not a party house. This is not a rental property, it is our family home which is in a residential area so there is to be no outside noise after 9pm. Please take this into consideration before you make a booking. Our cats, Baxter and Ember, will stay at the property but we leave them enough food so you do not need to worry about him. They are very friendly and love cuddles. We are centrally located in Welcome Bay and are walking distance from the shops and parks and a short drive away from Tauranga, Mount Maunganui and Papamoa. As this is our family home we request no party groups of under 25 years old. Families groups preferred or school groups/sports teams for Aims games or other tournaments. The house is ideal for family reunions as it can accommodate many families all under one roof. Or the Self-contained flat is great for a weekend getaway. The property has enough beds to accommodate 16 but there is ample space to sleep extras on the floor in most rooms.
