About this Holiday House
Only 25 minutes from the Auckland Airport, nestled high on Highland Park Heights among beautiful homes and established gardens with outstanding views of Lloyd Elsmore Park and further to Rangitoto and the Auckland skyline is a beautifully restored 3 level holiday house. Within 10 minutes walking you can find yourself at the Highland Park shopping centre, a large selection of restaurants, Lloyd Elsmore Park, the award winning Howick Historical Village, and an outstanding swimming and recreation centre. Should you wish for a more compete shopping experience, you are less than 10 minutes drive to the Botany Town Centre, which boasts a large range of fashion, clothing and speciality shops, along with all the renown ‘big box’ shops, movie theatres and eateries. Eastern Beach, Bucklands Beach, Half Moon Bay and Musik Point are 10 minutes drive away and offer fabulous views into the Hauraki Gulf, beautiful walks, ferry rides, safe swimming and fabulous restaurants.
The extraordinarily appointed 3 level home is delightfully reappointed and furnished to an exceptional standard. There is perfectly comfortable sleeping for 12 people and a total of 3.5 bathrooms. There maximum can have 15 people, we just need to add 2 more beds.
On the ground floor there are 3 bedrooms, comprising 4 single beds and 1 queen bed. If you need, we have a sofa bed at this floor. There is also full laundry facilities, a bathroom and toilet, all beautifully appointed.
One the second floor, there are 2 bedrooms with queen beds an extraordinary kitchen which has just been remodelled to a superb standard with all cooking facilities and full set of tableware and dinnerware. A large family room and balcony beckon you to enjoy the views and gorgeous furnishings.there is a bathroom and separate toilet.
On the third floor is the master bedroom with queen bed, walk in wardrobe and ensuite, beautifully furnished and secluded from the rest of the house. If you need, we have a single bed can be added at this floor.
