THE SPACE

Come and stay in this funky self-contained space. Perfect for families with a kids room setup with books and toys and a tree-house outside! There are 3 bedrooms, the kitchenette and the bathroom, but no shared living room. Bedroom 2 is totally private and separated from the main house, with a few paces to walk into the bathroom/kitchen area.

GUEST ACCESS

Shower, toilet and kitchenette with laundry. Both double rooms have a desk for working at. Washing machine and dryer available. French doors out to the garden. Sheets and towels provided. On-street parking spaces always available. Bicycle and yoga mat usually available (on request)

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS

ME: Easy-going and cruisy. I live in the main house in front. I love meeting new people and I'm more than happy to help with anything you need to know about Christchurch, how to get places and where to go for good coffee, good yoga, good shopping, good experiences.

THE NEIGHBOURHOOD

Private and quiet, yet good coffee, restaurants, bars and supermarket at either end of the street. 2 minutes walk to lovely river walks and parks. 5 min drive to central city, 20 minutes to the beach, 20 mins to the airport, 15 minutes to the peninsula.

TRANSPORT:

From the airport shuttles, taxis or buses available.

Plenty of FREE parking available on the street

Bus to central city is just 5 mins away. I can't paste the link in here, but search for 'Metro bus' - The Blue Line is probably the best to get into the CBD

TO NOTE:

1) This isn't a hotel. It's a warm, funky room with a new bathroom and converted kitchenette setup for friendly people to enjoy a private but home-like experience.
2) The washing machine and dryer located in the kitchen are shared with the main house.
