This Holiday Home is a great place for Families and Friends. Massive front lawn to pop up a few tents for those extra visitors. Included with Holiday Home there is 2 extra bathrooms with shower , toilet and vanity which is to the side of the house and also have added sleepout with queen bed.All linen is always fresh and clean and is provided with no extra charge. All house hold rubbish is taken care of with no extra charge. If you won't to get away for a few days why not come and visit for a weekend or as long as you like. Back lawn is fully fenced and secure and well sheltered with trampoline and sand pit and a few outside games. Great place for young children to play. Also front lawn is secure with security gate and fully fenced pool area. There is a games room in garage with pool table , dart board , bar and fridge for your relaxation , as well as a multi games table for children. Awesome front and back decks with plenty of outdoor furniture plus barbecues front and back, also extra lightening for those evening barbies. There is king bed in master bedroom and the other 2 rooms have queen and double ,including portable cot and high chair. This is a permanent Holiday Home 365 days of the year and is located less than 1 km from Ngunguru Estuary,Shops,Takeaways,Cafe,Sporting Complex (Play a bit of golf or Bowls etc). Just over the hill is Tutukaka which is the home of the world famous Poor Knights Island Dive and Snorkel trips as well as the Whangarei Deep Sea Anglers Club well known for Marlin Fishing.There is also great cafes eg Schnappa Rock ,Deep Sea Anglers Bistro,Oceans,Pizzeria, Also a few minutes away from Ngunguru is Wellington's Bay , Matapouri Beach , Woolleys Bay and Sandy Bay these are all great beaches to visit.
