We look forward to welcoming you. When you make your booking you are entering into an agreement with us.
To secure your booking a 50% deposit is required. The Balance is payable fourteen days prior to commencement of your stay
Check In 2 pm onwards, Check out by 10am
Seasonal rates may apply
Discounts may apply to extended stay or large groups
No pets are allowed
No smoking
14 days prior - For a 50% refund, cancellation must be made 14 full days prior to listing’s local check in time (or 2pm if not specified) on the day of check in, otherwise no refund.

For example, if check-in is on Friday, cancel by Friday two previous weeks before check in time.

Check In - If the guest cancels less than 14 days in advance, the nights not spent are not refunded.

Check Out - If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, the nights not spent are not refunded.
