The flat is very suitable for one person or a couple but not children. It is very close to the government end of Wellington so great for someone doing contract work in Wellington. For a person coming in each week for a period of months a special rate is offered. For visitors to Wellington the flat is a five minute walk to Lambton Quay so a car is not needed to see the "must do" sights in Wellington.
