We are situated just across the road from Mighty River Domain, High Performance Rowing Centre, Don Rowlands Centre and Te Awa Cycleway, all a 2 minute stroll away. 8 minutes to Cambridge by car.
Continental breakfast is included in the price. We provide the ingredients for your continental breakfast which you will prepare at your leisure.

We stayed 1 night at the Karapiro Lakeside B&B in January and absolutely loved our stay. Ward and Marita are fantastic hosts and are so friendly and accomodating. The house is lovely and clean and the bed was really comfortable.

The location is perfect right across the road from Lake Karapiro which made it a nice walk back & forth to watch races at the Wakaama Nationals. We stayed 4 nights and had everything we needed. The room is for 2, but we managed to squeeze... Read more

The location is perfect right across the road from Lake Karapiro which made it a nice walk back & forth to watch races at the Wakaama Nationals. We stayed 4 nights and had everything we needed. The room is for 2, but we managed to squeeze a third person into the green room and it didn't even feel crowded. The area is very peaceful and quiet. Ward and Marita are lovely! Always making sure our stay was comfortable. We loved our stay here and definitely want to go back!
