Sun Ray House is on the fringe of Gisborne city. Driving distance to city beaches. Walking distance to Ballance street village. $1,400 per week over 1 months stay $1,000 per week over 2 months stay Open plan living. Two TV's with freeview. DVD player. Linen provided Fully furnished including laundry and cleaning facilities. Check in 4pm, check out 10am unless arranged in advance.. Strictly no subletting of property. Please do not walk on farm land or feed the animals.

A very peaceful spot immersed in nature and we are so grateful to enjoy it with our much loved dog. Lovely sunny outlook, close to town and very clean, although it could really benefit from a new stove. Thank you so much Megan.

Excellent place to stay in a magical surroundings, we all loved it. Took a bit figuring out the stove and dishwasher but overall everything was great.
