While it usually experiences large rolling surf, it is excellent for swimming, surfing, fishing, and walking. It is a 25 minute drive from Havelock North. The house is an absolute beachfront property positioned to maximize privacy, shelter, views and sun. The house consists of three bedrooms with queen size beds, with one of the bedrooms also having a single bed, and a bunkroom for two children. There is one bathroom, with separate toilet inside. It is fully equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, Sky Digital TV, stereo, BBQ, and fireplace inside, and one outside in the courtyard. There are two dining areas on the large verandah at the front, one in the back courtyard, and one inside. There are also two rooms with queen size beds in a 'sleepout' beyond the back courtyard, and another shower and separate toilet nearby. This property is primarily for accommodation and not a function venue.
