With four bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a fully-fenced section and off-street parking; we are also child and pet friendly - dogs are welcome. Jellicoe House is your perfect getaway homestay in Martinborough.

Four bedrooms with king singles beds abound; three beds reconfigure to Super King beds, plus a sofa-bed and a futon fold-down bed in the lounge; together this offers many options to suit your needs accommodating up to fourteen guests.

The airconditioning unit and heat transfer system keeps you cool in summer and warm in winter.

Coffee, tea, sugar, milk and muesli are included in your stay and a bottle of local Wairarapa wine will be chilled on your arrival ready for you to enjoy.

A four minute walk to the square where you can indulge yourself enjoying gourmet food, shopping in the boutiques, take in the latest movies or hire a bike to tour the vineyards.

Out on the deck you can enjoy a glass of an award-winning Martinborough wine while the steak sizzles on the barbecue and watch the sun setting behind the Tararua Ranges. Enjoy!

Check in is 2pm (we may be able to accommodate earlier upon request). Check out time is 10am but add on a midday check out for an extra $100.00.

This was the perfect house for our large family to stay in over Christmas. The large backyard allowed us to pitch a tent and still have room for the adults to laze in the sun and kids to have water fights. Kitchen was well-equipped, multiple bathrooms worked well for a large group, plenty of linen available and I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the house. Definitely a 10/10!

This house used to belong to my grandparents who passed when I was young so it was really something special to be able to come back and stay for the weekend. John is also a super lovely guy. I would definitely recommend a stay here.

Lovely helpful owners, breakfast provided 1st morning. So close to town. We dined at Tirohanga vineyard, had a wonderful meal and can recommend Jo Crabbe cooking class at Palliser Vineyard for a day you won't forget!!! We will definitely stay here again.

We would highly recommend and will definitely return. The bach was immaculately clean and well laid out. Easily accommodated us - 2 adult, 1 baby and 3 dogs. The garden was safe for everyone and having the covered BBQ area separate to the house was ideal for controlling noise when baby was sleeping.

We will look to return with family from overseas, there is plenty of room and plenty of bathrooms.

Rochelle was lovely and met us there to show us around and made things very easy. I would highly recommend Jellicoe house to anyone who is travelling to Martinborough, we will surely use it next time.

We had a fabulous time at Jellicoe House everyone was impressed with the house presentation and layout of the bedrooms. The owners were friendly and helpful and accommodated our needs by arranging whiteboard, flip charts and other items. Although we were there for work I would definitely go back with friends and family as the backyard would be perfect for kids to play securely with a fenced off section. Thanks :)

We were privileged enough to be the first guests at this beautiful home. The owners Rochelle and John were absolutely amazing and made sure every detail of this house was perfect. They were wonderful to deal with and very friendly. The house itself was gorgeous and in a prime location. It was my husbands 40th and we cannot speak highly enough about how well they looked after us. We highly recommend staying at this place (perfect for children also). Thanks Nikki and Rich
