About this Holiday House

This 3 bedroom house is located on the hill above the beach and provides expansive views of Jacks Bay from all the living areas and courtyard. The wrap around deck gives you extra room to kick back and relax with friends. The main room is double glazed with a wood/coal heater, and the whole house keeps warm and dry with a HRV system operating all year round. This house suits couples, families or even two families holidaying together.

Thou the weather was cool and one day was very wet and windy we were nice and dry inside, the wood burner heats the whole house. The house was very clean and tidy. This was about our 5th or 6th stay at Jacks Bay holiday house. The bed was great. Recommend this place. We will return.

Incredible location overlooking Jacks Bay. Perfect place to escape, no WiFi but still has reception if you need it and has plenty of games, book and DVDs. Short drive on gravel road onto the scenic highway and all the amazing things the Catlin's has to offer. BYO food and linen but otherwise house has everything you need and is plenty warm enough.

A comfortable older home with amazing views over Jacks Bay, we really loved all the books and managed to read some.Enjoyed seeing the Sea Lions on the beach so special, love the Catlins and plan to return.
