Interior: spread out over two floors in the well appointed gourmet kitchen, dining and open plan living area. Enjoy an open plan dining room and lounge with flat screen television and spilling out onto the open deck area). One bedroom with queen bed and a private bathroom also occupy this ground floor. Upstairs: are the remaining two further bedrooms, the master having an ensuite bathroom and Queen bed with the other bedroom having two single beds which can also become a Californian king with the third private bathroom. Parking: taken care of with a single garage with remote (located in the property with house keys)
