This family beach house is located in Omaha South side. It is only three-minute walk from the beach with only one street to cross. The children’s playground, Omaha shops and tennis court are just two-minute walk away. The ground floor open plan living space is designed to create a wonderful indoor outdoor flow onto 2 main big decking areas. One has morning sun and another has afternoon sun. The lounge and dining are spacious with plenty of seating, including a dining table for up to 8 guests and 4 bar stools at the kitchen island. The lounge has been tastefully decorated to create a beachy/tropical feel. With the 50” TV, Free View, Netflix, and a Blu-ray DVD player, entertainment is not to be missed. Sky TV is available, just bring your own decoder and card. There's a heat pump in the lounge. The master bedroom upstairs comes with an ensuite and a heat pump. The second bedroom downstairs with a Queen bed has a sliding door which leads right to the decking area. A bunk and a double bed in the third bedroom downstairs, which is perfect for kids. All bedrooms have built-in wardrobes. The main bathroom and toilet are on the ground level adjacent to the second bedroom. The laundry room is also on ground level. The large garage area houses double car parking and storage for the beach toys. There are a double kayak (seats two adults and one small child with 4 fishing rod holders), life jackets, four adult bikes, multiple boogie boards, board games, tennis rackets, a fantastic Weber BBQ and an adult surfing board for the guests to enjoy. Free unlimited Wifi is available. To make things easier for our guests, we also provide tea towels, hand towels, bath maths, hand wash, toilet paper, gas bottle for BBQ, hair dryer, laundry powder, dish washer powder, dish washing liquid, iron, iron board, tea, coffee, sugar. There’s a boat parking space in front of the house. Cot and highchair are available on request. A cleaning fee applies to all stays from $100 to $140 depending on number of guests and length of stay. Linen (sheets, pillow covers and bath towels) charge is $20 per person if you don't want to bring your own. PLEASE NOTE This property operates on minimum stays during the peak holiday period.
