New Holiday Home (2014) less than 100 metres from Little Kaiteriteri Beach. Spacious with quality fittings and plenty of wardrobe space for the suitcases. Beautiful seaviews from the roof terrace. Four decks on which to relax. All the modern comforts for a perfect beach holiday. A nature reserve is located just across the road. On the doorstep of the Abel Tasman National Park and a great location for access to water taxis into the park and also cafes/restaurants/store, all a few minutes walk away. Wineries just a short drive away.

We park up and work for several days in this well presented home which is close to beach and cafes for break times.

Highly recommend this house for a group of couples as we were or for a couple of families. Fantastic location and the house had everything we needed. Very comfortable beds and we loved the various outside deck areas to sit and relax. We enjoyed having the use of the two kayaks and also the use of the garage to store our own bikes and paddle boards. Having the extra fridges in the garage was really helpful. Debbie was also really easy to communicate with. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

 Our house has 2 stories- plus roof terrace(so there are stairs).There is a large oven to cater for accommodation size. We ask that you leave the house as you find it - everything you will need to clean the house with, is provided. Each booking incurs a refundable $600 Bond provided the house is left as found. Tea,coffee,sugar,soap ,etc is available to use.
