About this Holiday House

Comfortable large beachfront home with generous open-plan living space & decks front & back. Plus 2x self-contained sleep-out option in the garden. Fabulous E.Coast surf beach less than 100m away. Full off-grid power & solar/gas hot water, plus cosy wood fire. Contact me for Special Rates, Garden Chalet & Homestay options. For most of the year this is a Homestay retreat so while special small group and family celebrations are fine - this is not a Party venue.

Centrally located on island - 5 kms to both Tryphena & Claris shops & cafes etc. Boat launching from beach at end of road.

Great place. Right on the beach at one the best bit of coastlines in NZ. House is well setup and configured. Highly recommended.

Note: Twin king singles convert to 1 x super-king bed as required. Extra mattresses available for children up to 16 yrs. Under 2's are free. There is a compulsory cleaning fee of $250 for house rentals and linen is included (beach towels not supplied)
