Feed the native eels, catch a trout (with a license), kayak, sail, or go for a walk on one of the many tracks in the area. 5 minute drive to the Rainbow Ski field turn off (total 40 minute/30km drive to the ski field). Extremely warm property in winter with excellent insulation, log burner and heat pump, and air conditioned in the summer. Unlimited wireless internet supplied free of charge, Smart TV and stereo system. Property backs on to large native bush area which includes a small stream so the kids will have plenty to do. You must provide all your own linen (sheets, pillow slips, towels). Blankets and pillows provided. Lockable parking for 2 cars under the house and 2 more off street parks to the front of the house. 1 hour drive to either Blenheim or Nelson. You are expected to clean the property the morning of your departure. Cleaning equipment/materials are all provided. If it is considered that the cleaning has not been completed to a normal standard, then the owners reserve the right to charge an additional cleaning fee of $150.00 to cover the cleaning costs.
