Pro's - Had everything we needed for a two-night stay in terms of kitchen, couches, bedrooms and comfy enough beds. The kids loved the pool table and darts board. They spent heaps of time out in the garage. The heatpump was good to keep the chill off. Con's - The hot water was actually boiling hot - so hot that it could have been dangerous. I am sure that it can be turned down? We were worried that the kids would get burned. Also, the water cylinder was tiny, and only one shower was had in our group of 7 the whole time. Don't make the mistake of filling the sink to do the dishes before someone has a shower. The cleanliness wasn't great - we had to rewash some glasses, plates and cutlery before using. The BBQ was filthy. One of our group had to give it a good clean before use. Overall it was a good stay, but the water issue was the main concern.

Had such a great stay. Clean house and walk down to beach. Good heat pump, shower but tricky to get right but fine. A really great place for families! Thanks.
