House is set on a fenced section so little ones can be safe. there is plenty of off street parking and a reserve next door. House is heated throughout with radiators fired by a diesel burner. Linen provided we just ask that you leave it as you find it. There are also toys for the children, jigsaw puzzles, board games and DVDs for you to use on those not so nice days

5min walk to Beach House café, 5 min drive to the shops, or 10mins drive to an Historic Flax mill on outskirts of town. 40 minutes from Invercargill on the southern scenic route Lots of local walks and an amazing museum in the township with an excellent information centre. there is also a local surf school

What a wonderful home! We stayed for an entire month and we're so pleased with our choice. Close to the water with a wonderful view and all the games and water sports equipment you could possibly want. The only negative is very slow Internet. But hey, you are there to relax and the pub in Riverton is a good place to go do Internet stuff, lol.

This house is warm and cosy, near to the beach. There is plenty of room and beds are made up with nice linen. Kitchen is well equipped. Probably needs a new shower door in main bathroom. We have been a few times and its always nice 😊
