Superbly situated on ridge overlooking 6 acres of private land, 3 kms from Town Centre. All day sun and wonderful unobscured mountain views. Large deck areas with electric covered swimming pool, new spa with outside shower. Spacious home includes 6 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, modern kitchen with large lounge, family room/dining room, conservatory, rumpus room with pool table. Computer internet access, DVD, 3 woodfires for all year round warmth & comfort. Grounds to practice golf chipping and pitching. The house faces directly north and is close to ski resorts, Lake Wanaka and Queenstown.

Easy access to walk Mt Iron giving stunning views and overall prospective of Wanaka. The outlet track from Lake Wanaka to Albert Town a stunning walk or bike. Bike tracks all accessible from Goldridge .

Great house, warm, with lots of room for adults and kids. Great kitchen and big dining table. Open fire was fab for toasting marshmallows :-) Loved the spa pool, fantastic views of mountains. A nice secluded spot.

This house is so welcoming and fantastic. We had a lovely week, kids were never out of the pool, plenty of room to run around and the view was great. As soon as you walk in you immediately feel relaxed. I will definately be booking this home again, a holiday we will never forget.... thanks Robyn

"Thanks Robyn, for the wonderful week we spent at Goldridge Retreat. The location was perfect - so close to Wanaka and yet with such a private and peaceful aspect, it felt as if we had claimed our own piece of paradise. The house itself was ideal for us with several distinct living areas that made it easy for our group (including kids) to socialise together or find a quiet spot when needed. With such a welcoming feel and so many thoughtful and useful touches, it really felt like a home away from home. We hope to be able to come and stay again some time."
