For location..close to shops..ok, it has a rocky Beach.. overall house felt tired, partially neglected, no heart.. tbh..as kitchen floor was sticky and smelly upon arrival..tho we booked well in advance I.e 8months+. and fans dirty. This place is under the Manuia Resort company name in Arorangi and so we asked if we could use the pool at the resort 2km up the road.. advised " yes..its part of the accommodation " ..only to be kicked out.. after half an hour.. even tho the place looked empty as well as the restaurant at 11.50am for lunches..Glad the sister in-law whom we ran into at Woo's shop 10mins later..invited us to The Rarotongan..as she did so upon our visit last year, when we stayed in Vaimaanga.. very professional service in comparison to this place by far.. as hosts there, checked in to see if all was okay.. The host here.. kicked us out of the Manuia Resort as mentioned above !!.. unbelievable eh. Id never recommended this place.. to be honest 4/10

It was perfect for my family of 6. Plus the grandparents stayed next door in the studio unit and they had their seclusion when they needed it. Such a nice big front section with beautiful water for swimming. The house had everything we needed and the hosts were very helpful. We ran out of gas for the hot water but it was fixed within an hour. Some extra blankets were lacking on a couple of cold nights. The only thing that was slightly annoying were the roosters in the trees right next door that liked to start crowing at 4am (so take ear plugs :-)

The Arorangi Beachfront Bungalow was perfect accommodation for our large family. It was wonderful being right on the beach, which was very safe for children. The house was comfortable, pleasant and family oriented. We loved the animals who visited us and intend to stay there on our next visit. The price, we felt was very reasonable also.
