Beach house, with sleep out. 2bedrooms in main house with lounge, dining, and conservatory. Sleep out has bedroom and toilet/bathroom. Large flat section.100 meters from boat ramp. Great fishing and diving. 2 minutes walk to footbridge, and safe swimming in estuary, 10 minutes walk to 2 surf beaches. View of estuary and bar from deck. Parua bay pub, garage, and small supermarket 15 min drive. Golf course and Whangarei city 20-25 min drive. Camp ground, 10 minutes walk open during holidays for takeways, dairy, and fresh baked bread. Suit family.

Fabulous home to rent. Very comfortable, spacious and well equipped.

We love coming to Pataua with the family. The beaches are awesome. While The Nut House couldn't be called 'flash' its a perfect beach bach with three bedrooms inside and the fourth bedroom and bathroom in the sleepout which was perfect for the teenagers and good value for the group we had with us. Great place just to sit around on the big backyard under a tree and snooze the afternoon away. Clean and comfy and our group of 7 had space to move around and not get under each others feet. Have to watch the water use - its on tank water! Old fixtures and fittings but nice little decorating touches here and there. I hear that there have been major renovations since we were there last.
