Fantastic 4 bedroom 3 bathroom family home. The large and sunny open living spaces flow out onto 2 sunny decks. Polished floors throughout the open plan living areas make this home a great place to stay when away from home. The property is fully fenced so this property is great for the kids and their friends. An outdoor space with a spa available for use. Central location, close to the Eastern bays.

St Johns is an eastern suburb close to both the motorway to head into the city or a 5 to 10 min drive to the Eastern beaches. Here you can enjoy the sand, water, a fantastic selection of cafes/ restaurants, a movie theatre, childrens playgrounds... the perfect spot to enjoy the summer. There is a bus stop 1 min from the front door and a small shopping centre with supermarket just a flat 10 min walk away.

The house was perfect for what we needed and the locality great. It was in really clean condition and very well stocked. Communication with the owner was easy and reliable. Thanks for a great stay, we would definitely rent again.

We stayed in January 2016 for 10 days and were very pleased it was available again this January. The house has everything you need to make your stay very enjoyable and is in a great location (bus stop on the doorstep).. It is very well outfitted and clean. The house has a wonderful kitchen with all the mod cons. The home has a large deck and it was great to have 3 bathrooms which were ideal with teenagers or a large group. The spa in back garden was an awesome addition since our first visit and was lovely to unwind in after a busy day. The owners were very accommodating and great to liaise with. We would definitely come again.
