The rental basis is 'leave it as you find it' - ie kitchen, bathrooms to be cleaned and carpet vacuumed. Linen is provided, towels and pillow case used do need to be washed and hung out on departure. Guests are welcome to bring any own linen, towels or sleeping bags for children.
