We've just put our house back online for rent so updates coming & we can now take small to medium dogs This comfortable 4 bedroom home is a 1 minute walk to Orewa Beach. The house is off the main road so minimal traffic noise. The property is fully fenced with gate available for pets. There are several cafes within a short walking distance the closest is literally across the road & the main restaurant strip is an easy walkable distance. Orewa shops are also very close, banks, cafes, supermarkets etc. There are also 2 childrens playgrounds nearby. The surfclub is directly across the road which is great for little swimmers safety. Surf club also offer meals, coffee, ice creams. Orewa is a popular destination for SUP, Kite boarders, swimmers, boaties and anglers. Because the township is flat it is ideal for bike riding & scooters Skate park & the popular estuary walk just down the road. Many of attractions are located within easy reach of Orewa. We have a mini schnauzer so the property is fully fenced & we have an indoor & outdoor shelter/cage available. Also an easy to setup gate. (our upstairs bathroom is under renovation. Toilet & shower are working but still work to be done. Downstairs has a shower, bath & separate toilet. We are also setting up a separate room in a semi detached sleepout with TV, internet, stereo & Sofa with a pull out bed
