Darling cottage at the top of 'Spaxton Heights'. Recently updated and situated at the quiet end of town where you get the best of both worlds. Enjoy the tranquility of the sheltered garden and mountain views while only a short walk away from shops, pubs, restaurants and cafes. Bedroom 1 has a double bed, bedroom 2 has a single bed and bedroom 3 has a double/single bunk. Open plan kitchen, dining and lounge with cozy log burner. Tv , DVD and unlimited WIFI .Internal storage room for skis and gear. Feel at home away from home.

house is very neglected and requires considerable work and a good clean of the oven which is disgusting furniture very old and very uncomfortable. lots of windows dont open and those that do . One window is broken and just taped very disappointing seldom have catches to hold them open. The outside was overgrown and not inviting to sit outside .

Hi there, I’m sorry you didn’t enjoy your stay at my house. I am slightly baffled by your feedback as have never had any complaints in regards to any of the things you have mentioned.. I’m not sure which windows you found you couldn’t open but in regards to the lack of catches ; Those windows are designed to not have catches and stay open on their own. There is one broken window that has been taped.. this is true but it is in one of the bedrooms and doesn’t affect anything and will be fixed. The garden, well what may be described as over grown I call easy care native garden kid and dog friendly that provides a sheltered and private space. Each to their own. I think possibly in the future you may just want to stay in more modern dwellings. Again sorry you feel you may have been misinformed but everyone else seems to love it.

This cottage was perfect for our family, we had everything we needed and more. I was also impressed with how clean it was. I would definitely recommend this cottage to anyone interested.
