About this Holiday House

Bayview Retreat sits on a ridge which has commanding views over the gulf islands, the Coromandel and back towards the North Shore and Eastern bays of Auckland. This is a great place to unwind in the peaceful environment and enjoy the views from the open plan upper floor and large deck. There's space for friends and family to stay and a big back garden planted with olive and lemon trees. We love this location for the easy access to Little Oneroa beach and dairy (10 mins walk), Sandy Bay and Hekerua Bay. It is only a five minute walk to the bustop and 20 mins to Oneroa village with all it's shops and cafes. We also enjoy visiting the local vineyards some of which can be reached on foot or by bike.

Little Oneroa is only an 8-10 min walk, where one can get a paper and a hot flat white. Oneroa is only a 20 min walk away. Try the Solar Lounge for a scrumptous Waiheke breakfast. Mudbrick Vineyard and Cable Bay vineyard, are a mere 5 and 10 minute drive away. Stroll into Oneroa village with a variety of shops, banks, the post office, gas station, Information centre, cafes, restaurants and bars including: The Oyster Inn, Sand Bar, Fenice, Wai Kitchen, The Cove, The Red Crab, Vino Vino, Oneroa Beach Club and Oceanview Fish and Chips. The village also includes various Art Centres, a Four Square supprette, Fruit & Veg shop and 2 liquor stores. Oneroa village is the only place you will find ATM machines.

Great views and manager in Richard who was very helpful. Clean. No WIFI was a surprise - useful to have in case needed these days (even though people are meant to be on holiday) Could do with a bigger TV but the view out the deck is much better!
