About this Holiday House

This annex is a self contained studio unit with private access, attached to the rear of our family home. The unit has a queen bed and a bunk to sleep 4 people. The sitting area with TV and a fully equipped kitchen completes the main living space. A walk in wardrobe / storage space is accessible from the bathroom. A second room with 2 single beds, is added for a 5th and 6th person. By prior arrangement, for groups of less than 5 guests, the 2nd room is available at an extra cost of $30.

Leamington Village with plenty of food outlets and supermarket options is at walking distance one block away. At the right time of the year, you’re welcome to take some feijoas, oranges or lemons from our trees to complement your meals.

(1 hour dirive) • Tauranga (1 hour drive) • Mt Maunganui with white sand beach to the east is just over an hour away • Raglan to the west with black sand beach.
