What a lovely spot Akaroa is and just an hour from Christchurch. The house and setting is classic NZ with bellbirds singing, cabbage trees and sea views and yet the French influence of Akaroa is beautifully present as well. The house is so handy, just a short stroll to beach and the village.

In fact, we loved it so much we bought the house!
We take over in October and it will still be available as a holiday home to rent
when we aren't in it.

There will be a name change over time to 'Petite Paradis' ( little paradise).
