Perfect R&R or tour base for the north and regional parks for overseas visitors. Sea views, pool (summer), spa (all year). Walk to all amenities. Suitable quiet tourists. 2 people only - visitors not permitted - there are strict Body Corp rules in place.
In kiwi tradition it is expected that aptment is left as found: vacuumed/rubbish out/ bathroom cleaned (very last minute laundry is collected) - $100 cleaning fee if you wish us to clean. MAX 2 people on site. $100 bond for left as found. Oceanside is strictly non-smoking throughout the complex. Laundry has commercial washers and driers for paid use.
