What a lovely old Villa. Fantastic value for the money, it felt cosy and like a home away from home. Everything was there that you could possibly want, all linen and bedding supplied, parking for our two cars which was great as we are two families. Would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a great place to stay which was very reasonably priced. Thank you Hilary for allowing this great holiday.

What a wonderful place to spend a holiday. Hilary & Rob were very friendly and accommodating hosts and made our stay very enjoyable. We stayed for almost 3 weeks and would stay again. The villa is very comfortable with most things you would require. Would have liked to have a frypan (a wok is supplied) and an extra shelf and trays for the oven.

We would definitely recommend staying in the Villa. It is spacious and had plenty of storage. Good WI-FI coverage.
Hilary and Rob were brilliant and very informative about the places to visit.
Good location to the city and harbour.
Thank you for making our first impression of New Zealand a great one.

We enjoyed our stay, the place is spotless the location is perfect for nice easy walks to town and walks along the river.
Tree lined streets with older styled homes very nice area.

Thanks for a fantastic weekend. The 2 bedroom villa we stayed in is cosy but spacious and had everything we needed. It was close to town and the hosts were superb. Will absolutely stay here again and recommend to others.
