ACCOMMODATION DETAILS
Set over two spacious levels; upon entry to the ground floor you have two luxurious bedrooms sharing a large bathroom. They both open out onto a balcony where you can indulge in the spectacular views. There is a double car garage that is perfect for storing luggage and ski gear as well as containing a fully equipped laundry. The second floor consists of a stunning open plan kitchen/living area creating a beautiful space to relax and unwind while taking in the award winning view. The master bedroom has its own private balcony and comes with a large en suite with a bath and shower.

There are 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms as follows:
Master = 1 x King
Bed 2 = 1 x Queen
Bed 3 = 1 x King
Bed 4 = 2 x Californian Singles

KITCHEN
The modern spacious kitchen has all appliances and equipment you will need during your stay. It also has breakfast bar where you can enjoy your morning coffee while looking out at the astonishing view.

ENTERTAINMENT AND LIVING AREAS
The separate dining space creates a special area to enjoy your meal while gazing out at the surrounding lake and mountains. The gas fire in the lounge can set the scene for a cosy night in or you can open up the sliding doors to the sunny balcony creating the ultimate indoor/outdoor flow.

The leading group member NEEDS TO BE 25 YEARS OR OLDER. Inclusions: lockbox entry, guest app, 24/7 access to Goodstays representative in case of emergency. Additional costs: house linen per stay, Departure clean & security bond (refundable). Roll-away beds, portacots and highchairs can be hired. Self-catering holiday home managed by Goodstays Queenstown & Wanaka.
