An absolute gem! We stayed for four weeks and thoroughly enjoyed every moment. A real NZ Bach with all the amenities. A minutes walk to a gorgeous beach offering rock pools, sand, safe swimming and crazy swings. Our grandchildren loved it. We can't wait to return to this perfect haven. Many thanks to Mandy and Clive for welcoming us so warmly. The fresh eggs and veggies will not be forgotten.

Really lovely place to stay. So close to the beach! My children loved having the most beautiful dog to play with. We felt very welcomed and comfortable. We would just love to stay again.

We loved our stay in this gorgeous cottage. It's beautifully decorated in a blue & white nautical theme - very fitting, being only a couple of minutes walk from the beach.

The linen was crisp and fresh - love that sun-dried cotton smell! Everything was clean and comfortable, and the fresh bread in the morning was delicious.

Mandy and Clive were very welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed. Would have loved to stay longer and will definitely book again if we return to Torbay. Thanks for the home-away-from-home!

We had a lovely stay at the Bosun's Locker. Mandy and Clive were the perfect hosts and we can do little more than repeat what we wrote in their guest book:- "Thank you for a very warm wlecome - the bread, cakes, eggs, bacon...wonderful. It has been the perfect place to call "home" for a month. The Bosun's Locker is just what we needed. Many thanks for all of the extras from the garden - oranges, grapefruit, spinach. We won't forget you!"
